In 2024, Tulku visited the Odiyana Project in Ruksin, Arunachal Pradesh, India.
and spending some time with those children who are devastated by poverty, neglect, social, economic, or educational barriers in the rural Himalayan region of India.
The construction of the Odiyana clinic, school, and temple will definitely help improve the livelihoods and educational and social opportunities of the local community.
